To promote the cause of professional education ( Engineering, Technical, Medical, Dental, Management, Pharmacy, M.C. A. and others) with special reference to the efforts of the Associations of Managements of Un-aided Professional Educational Institutions in the country.

To play a role of coordinator on behalf of the Associations of Managements of Un-aided Professional Educational Institutions in the country, to organize conventions of the said institutions of all the States in order to arrive at a national consensus and to represent to the Government of India, the State Government(s) and other organizations such as University Grants Commission, All India Council for Technical Education, Medical Council of India and such other apex bodies, the Directorates of Technical Education, the universities and other educational authorities on all problems that confront the un-aided institutions from time to time in the matter of efficient running and for safeguarding their viability, autonomy, development, freedom and interests with the aim of achieving excellence and quality in professional education based on merit and social justice.

To foster cordial relations between the Associations of Managements of Un-aided Professional Institutions and the educational authorities, the Government and the Universities concerned.

To facilitate healthy relationship between the Managements, Staff and Students and their parents so as to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the institutions, which are members of the associations concerned, on their request.

To collaborate with any Society/Association/Trust including Minority Associations having aims and objectives similar to those of this Federation.

To frame rules and regulations and do all such other lawful acts, deeds and things as may be necessary, incidental and conducive to the attainment of the above objectives.

To acquire/purchase, sell/transfer or lease properties to receive donations from individuals/institutions and establish educational and other institutions anywhere in India for efficient working of the Federation and the achievement of the above aims and objectives as per Govt. Policy.

To assist, guide and strengthen member colleges for providing quality education.

To create facilities to develop interaction between industry and institutions in India and abroad.

To promote exchange programs among the member institutions.

To add or supplement other objects including holding entrance examinations which are consistent with these aims and objectives.
